This 2-hour Workshop on Anxiety and Mindfulness is focused on using mindfulness to help reduce anxiety by practicing to be mindfully present, relaxed, and focused. During the workshop, we will walk you through various mindfulness exercises that may be used to help train your brain to interrupt anxiety and/or reduce anxiety.

We have partnered with a non-profit organization called Exclusively First Responders (EFR). EFR currently provides mental health, addictions, and rehabilitation services to first responders in the state of California. We are currently creating a mental health workshop series as part of EFR’s initiative to raise funds for a residential treatment centre that includes a medical detox facility; this centre will be the first of its kind!
The goal of our workshop is to provide affordable, high quality mental health education. All proceeds from this workshop will go toward EFR’s fundraising initiative for their medical detox facility.
